These Terms of Service govern your use of the Quick Calc app and this website. By downloading or using Quick Calc, you agree to these terms and to the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Quick Calc service

Quick Calc is a general-purpose scientific calculator for personal, educational, and professional reference use. It provides calculation tools, stored history, equation-solving tools, function tables, unit conversions, and scientific constants. Features may change as the app evolves.

Appropriate use

You may use Quick Calc for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Do not interfere with the app, attempt to circumvent its security or technical limits, or use it in a manner that infringes another person’s rights.

Important calculations

Quick Calc is an aid for calculation, not a substitute for independent verification or professional judgment. Check results before relying on them for financial, legal, medical, safety-critical, engineering, academic, or other consequential decisions. Quick Calc does not provide financial, legal, medical, engineering, or other professional advice.

Availability and updates

We aim to keep Quick Calc available and useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that every feature will remain available. Updates may add, change, or remove features to improve the app, address security, or meet platform requirements.

Intellectual property

Quick Calc, its original software, interface, text, and visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms and the App Store terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Third-party services

Quick Calc is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple is responsible for providing the App Store platform and may have additional terms that apply to downloads, updates, payments, and device use. Apple is not responsible for providing support for Quick Calc beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Calc is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will meet every requirement, be uninterrupted, or produce error-free results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-data damages arising from use of or inability to use Quick Calc.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app, our practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
